How to Cancel?

We keep cancellation simple: you can cancel 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Please ensure your cancellation request is sent before your order is shipped from our fulfillment center, as once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to cancel or recall it.To cancel, just send us an email at support@trynarahealth.com with:

• Your order number
• The email address used when placing the order

Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm your cancellation by email. If a renewal has already been processed, you’ll still receive that shipment, and your subscription will end after that term.

If you believe your parcel has been lost or not delivered, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please reach out to us at support@trynarahealth.com within 7 days of the original delivery date, and we’ll investigate the issue for you. Unfortunately, if we’re notified after this timeframe, we may not be able to cover the costs of a lost parcel.
