Delivery costs
We offer free delivery for all orders over $80. If your order is under $80, a delivery fee of $10 will be charged.
All US orders are packed and shipped from our fulfillment center in Illinois.
No additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees apply beyond what you see at checkout.
How long it takes to get my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping typically takes 3–8 working days, depending on your location. That said, around 90% of our orders are delivered within 3–5 working days after shipment.
*During peak periods such as Black Friday, New Year promotions, or product launches, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer – any expected delays will be clearly communicated on our website.
Who will deliver my order?
We ship via major carriers (USPS, UPS and FedEx).
We do ship to both PO Box and APO/FPO addresses
Can I amend or cancel my order?
We strive to pick and pack your items as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this means we’re unable to amend or cancel your order once it’s placed, including swapping products, updating your delivery address, or changing payment methods. However, you’re always welcome to return any unwanted items for a refund.
Can I return my order?
Yes! Any unopened items can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Take a look at our Returns policy for more information.
I need help.
If you believe your parcel has been lost or not delivered, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please reach out to us at support@trynarahealth.com within 7 days of the original delivery date, and we’ll investigate the issue for you. Unfortunately, if we’re notified after this timeframe, we may not be able to cover the costs of a lost parcel.
